I see you.
The most miraculous event of your life might also be your most difficult. At the same time that your body has the incredible potential to create new life, your brain is changing in ways that haven't happened since childhood. You might not even recognize yourself anymore. You are not alone. And with help, this will pass.
MY APPROACH:
I firmly believe that healing happens best through connection- connection to oneself, connection to one’s spiritual foundations, and connection in important relationships. I am committed to helping you discover and restore these important connections that may have gotten weak or lost through life's experiences, including circumstances beyond your control. I believe in the power of using self-awareness, insight and education to fuel choice to make small and meaningful changes over time . These changes, with time, will help you find joy and purpose in your life. I am an advocate for the family and am passionate about helping spouses, parents and children feel love and belonging in the family structure.
